ENG. Jean Neper Saldivar
Eng. Saldivar is a web-developer, founder and CEO of American Technology U.S.A. Inc., recognized member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) by the The Board of Governors since 2009, entitled to all the privileges granted by the Constitution of the Society, an organization for promoting the Art, Science and Practice of Mechanical Engineering, Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certified by the Department of Transportation - Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), extensive experience in the patient healthcare system at Larking Community Hospital in the Electrocardiography field and International Engineering Graduate.
